When you tour historic Murfreesboro you'll discover the boyhood home
of Dr. Walter Reed, discoverer of the cure for yellow fever. You'll
also want to check out an extensive museum with a section devoted to
the inventions of Richard Jordan Gatling, inventor of the Gatling gun.
